Addictd Enterprise

Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to the Addictd Enterprise workspace. A client's signed engagement agreement separately controls commercial terms, deliverables, and advisory services.

1. Agreement and relationship to an engagement

These Terms form an agreement between addictd, Inc. and each person or organization using Addictd Enterprise. If your organization has a signed engagement agreement, statement of work, data-processing agreement, or similar written contract with Addictd, that signed engagement agreement controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms. These Terms do not create a paid consulting engagement by themselves.

2. Invitations and authorized users

Enterprise is not a public self-service product. You may use it only if Addictd or an authorized organization administrator invited you, you are legally able to enter this agreement, and you are authorized to act for the organization whose workspace you access. Keep sign-in links and account access secure, use accurate information, and notifysupport@addictd.ai promptly if access may have been compromised.

3. YouTube and Google services

Connecting a channel authorizes Addictd Enterprise to retrieve the connected organization's channel and analytics data using the exact read-only permissions shown on Google's consent screen. You represent that you control the connected channel or are authorized by its owner to grant that access.

By using features powered by the YouTube API Services, you also agree to theYouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in theGoogle Privacy Policy. You can revoke Addictd Enterprise in Google Account security settings or disconnect it from the workspace.

4. Client data and permissions

As between you and Addictd, the client retains its rights in the information it provides and authorizes us to access. The client grants Addictd a limited permission to host, process, display, and analyze that information only to operate the Enterprise workspace, secure and support it, and provide the signed engagement. Access by Addictd personnel is limited to those purposes and applicable confidentiality obligations.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • access another organization's workspace or data without authorization;
  • share access with an uninvited person or evade organization role controls;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent service security;
  • connect a channel or submit material you do not have authority to use;
  • use the service in violation of law, Google policies, or YouTube policies; or
  • misrepresent observed analytics as a guarantee or proven causal result.

6. Analytics and advisory limitations

Enterprise displays provider-supplied channel and audience-retention evidence and may support consulting analysis under a signed engagement. Analytics can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or affected by factors outside Addictd's control. Observed associations do not by themselves prove that a creative choice caused an outcome. Unless expressly stated in a signed engagement agreement, we do not guarantee audience growth, reach, retention, revenue, or any other business result.

7. Service availability and third parties

Enterprise depends on Google, YouTube, hosting, authentication, and database providers. Their availability, data, APIs, quotas, and policies can change. We may maintain, update, suspend, or modify the service to protect clients, comply with provider requirements, or improve an engagement. Any service levels or remedies are governed by the signed engagement agreement, if one provides them.

8. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using the service or ask an organization administrator to remove access. An owner or administrator can disconnect YouTube from the workspace. We may suspend or terminate access when an invitation ends, an engagement concludes, these Terms are breached, payment or contractual obligations are not met, or law, Google, or YouTube requires it. Data is handled after termination as described in thePrivacy Policy and any controlling engagement agreement.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

Except for commitments expressly made in a signed engagement agreement and to the extent permitted by law, the workspace is provided on an as-available basis. Each party remains responsible for its own decisions, systems, personnel, and legal obligations. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service or provider requirements change. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated to active client organizations. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
